My own journey started in India, Rishikesh (Yoga Capital of the World). I was been trained by the best teachers I could possible have. I got my 200 hours Teacher Training Certificate, certified by Yoga Alliance.

After India, I came back to UK to teach in Horsham. Since then I gained experience teaching at gyms and small studios, with large groups and small groups. In summer 2018 I decided to  start teaching group classes in the park and be more connected to Nature.

In June 2019 I got a job in Thailand to teach yoga in a Muay Thai Gym retreat. I learned unique skills as a yoga teacher  for almost four months in Asia. From Thailand I went to Cambodia where I run my first yoga retreat for a week in paradise.

When I came back to Uk, Horsham, I decided to open my first studio in the middle of town, Carfax. The studio was offering small group yoga classes, maximum of 5 students per class.

Now, after COVID-19 I was forced to leave the studio and I have decided to carry on teaching online and outdoors until I find a better place to teach.

The styles I teach is Vinyasa Flow, Hatha, Yin and restorative, Aerial Yoga, guided meditation and yoga classes for mums with kids between 4 and 15 years old.

On the side I offer corporate yoga well-being packages to business in Horsham, Crawley and Gatwick.
