Accommodation
The villa is located in a privileged area of the beautiful Cala Galdana , a quiet street in the upper part of the bay, which has a direct pedestrian connection to the beach.
The villa comprises four bedrooms and three bathrooms, complemented by ample outdoor spaces featuring a refreshing pool, multiple terraces, and cozy chill-out areas. Indoors, you'll find spacious living areas for relaxation and enjoyment.
Each day, we'll gather by the patio / pool for relaxing and stretching yoga and meditation sessions, followed by a delectable and nutritious breakfast. Afterward, you can leisurely stroll to the nearby beach, just a 5-minute walk away, and savor a delightful seaside lunch.
The villa enjoys proximity to convenient public transportation, ensuring easy access to various parts of the island. Additionally, it is conveniently situated just 36.6 kilometers away from Menorca's airport.
Included activities, classes and excursions

4 Yoga sessions and 4 meditation sessions
All the classes are suited to all levels. There is no need to have previous experience to join the classes. Yoga sessions are 60 minutes duration. Meditation sessions are 30 minutes duration.
Classes are optional.

1 Dance class 1 hour
Dance classes offer a host of benefits for physical and mental well-being. They provide enjoyable exercise, enhancing cardiovascular health, strength, flexibility, and endurance. Improved coordination and balance are natural outcomes.
Dance is an effective stress reliever, helping with relaxation by focusing on music and movement, releasing endorphins for better mood. Socially, it promotes interaction, reducing social anxiety and building new connections. Classes are optional.

Learn commonly used words, phrases, and expressions in a delightful and tranquil setting during your retreat. Classes are optional.

Full Thai body massage given by Silvia at the comfort of our villa. Thai massage, also known as Thai yoga massage, offers numerous physical, mental, and emotional benefits. Check on my website for more details. It is optional.

Join us for an AcroYoga class for beginners and experience the thrill of flight, the support of a partner, and the joy of a new practice. No prior experience is necessary—just bring an open mind and a willingness to explore!

1 Hike to Cala Macarelleta
As part of our retreat, we invite you to join us on an invigorating hike from Cala Galdana to one of Menorca's most breathtaking beaches: Cala Macarelleta. This hike offers not only a physical challenge but also an opportunity to connect deeply with the natural splendor of the island.

Day 1
Arrrival to Mahon Airport.
Check-in time is 3 PM, but you may check in earlier or later if needed—please contact us to arrange this. A shared shuttle to the villa is included. To ensure a smooth transfer, please share your flight details with us so we can schedule the shuttle accordingly.
4pm: Warm welcome and introduction of the space. Day to start getting to know each other.
5.30pm / 6pm: Meditation
6pm / 7pm: Yoga
Day 4
8am /8.30am: Meditation
8.30am /9.30am: Yoga
10am: Breakfast
