I've hit a really frustrating wall lately and could use some advice from anyone who has navigated this. I lost my first stone just through basic portion control and getting more active, but for the past two months, my weight has completely stagnated. The "food noise" is back in full force, and it's making it incredibly difficult to stick to my routine while working a stressful office job.

My GP suggested looking into medical intervention, but the waiting list for the NHS weight management service is ridiculous in my area. I also can't face the prospect of ringing around every single high street chemist trying to track down stock every four weeks. A mate from my local support group told me to bypass the queues and look into using a dedicated private pharmacy.

I’ve been doing a lot of reading and am planning to buy Ozempic for weight loss injection online in the UK on MedsForLess https://www.medsforless.co.uk/ozempic-uk/ to finally get past this plateau. Their prescribers are fully registered, and I really like that they dispatch via tracked Royal Mail with proper cold-chain packaging.

Before I fill out the consultation form, I just wanted to ask: did starting this specific treatment help you finally break a stubborn plateau? And were the initial side effects manageable during the first few weeks? Cheers for any feedback!
