What is meditation?

Meditation is a practice of concentrated focus upon a sound, object, visualization, the breath, movement, or attention itself in order to increase awareness of the present moment.

Each session I will be using different techniques and in a long term I will be combining some of them depending on the level my students will be.

Possible techniques:

· Mantras

· Chanting

· Candle glaze

· Breathing techniques

· Guide meditation

· Opening the chakras (using different scents and oils).
